The War in Iraq
The war in Iraq started in 2003. All of these years we have had to live during this long and hard faught war.I don't know many people who enjoy it going on.
Does the War in Iraq make us safer? I think it does not. Everyday we have to deal with the pain of the horrible day,September 11. This is defedently something we don't want to happen again. And by us fighting in Iraq its possible for something else like this to happen. Also many young teenagers are dying in Iraq. The more people we send to Iraq the more people die.
Any day we could have another terrorist attack. I it possible for these terrorists to go to more larger places like The White House or The Empire State Building. I don't think anyone is safe with the war going on. On the other hand, people feel safer. Some people think that since September 11 the government has took more action. Sending more troops to Iraq to try to win this war isn't helping. If that were the case the war would be over and we would be safe. Unfortunately that is not the case in this situation.
By the Iraquies killing Saddam Hussein helped but were not safe.We still need to find Osama bin Laden. Many people will not feel safe until he is found,I know that I wont. If he gets out of the picture and no one else takes his place we will be safe. Lets hope that when we find him he will be executed and no one will take his place.Also lets hope that there are no more terrorist attacks.
